Supportive and fun environments

Fostering a sense of belonging in sports can increase how long women and girls choose to stay in sports, reaping the life-long benefits for their physical and mental wellbeing. To do this, we need to provide women and girls with different opportunities that meet their evolving needs and allow them to explore the full capabilities of their minds and bodies. This will help them to develop news skills and confidence that are transferable to their personal and professional lives.

We are here to contribute to changing the landscape
and increase women and girls' access to sports,

and use the lessons we learn from engaging in sports to enhance our confidence and skills for
lifelong physical, social and emotional benefits.
