We’re almost halfway through our S.H.E Program!
We’ve now completed two out of five of our S.H.E Mentoring Program Workshops, with workshop three happening this Sunday 7th November. In workshop two, led by Katia Morissette, we learned all about food and nutrition for women with a particular focus on mindful and intuitive eating. We even tried some mindful eating with oranges! After the workshop, we took part in some shadow boxing and HIIT exercises with our very own Coco Chan. As well as this, our participants are benefitting from the 1-1 mentor and mentee structure in which they meet up and share together in whatever way they choose. Some of them choose to grab lunch, others hike, and some even play tennis! We can’t wait for workshop 3 this Sunday with Clinical Psychologist Dr. Kimberley Carder.
