WIFA — FUN RUN, OUTDOOR YOGA AND SOCIAL DRINKS
JOIN US FOR A NEW FITNESS CHALLENGE IN OCTOBER: FUN RUN, OUTDOOR YOGA, AND SOCIAL DRINKS! October 8 (THU) in person @ 6:30pm followed by drinks at Cafe8 3 options to participate: 1. Outdoor Yoga 2. 3.5km Run (Tamar Park <-> Convention Centre) 3. 7km Run (Tamar Park <-> Shek Tong Tsui) Join us to de-stress and relax in this after work hours run or yoga around Central Harbourfront. Led by our team and volunteers at Women In Sports Empowered Hong Kong, you can choose to run in pods for either 3.5km or 6km, or simply a full session of stretch yoga. Coaches for this event include Emma Newman, and several WISE coaches and trainers. After running or yoga, we can relax and re-energize at Cafe8 where drinks and light bites will be available at a nominal cost. **All welcome! For those looking join for a drink but not take part in the fitness activities above, please meet at Cafe8 at the specified time for a networking only social. All fitness participants will rejoin after their relevant sessions to continue the conversation.** Group 1: Running | Group 2: Yoga Agenda:
