Spotlight on Ray & Noor
We first got in touch with Ray and Noor through Time Auction earlier this year as they supported us in the planning and on-site support at our Film Festival. Seeing these young and brilliant minds thrive and resonate with our mission so well, we got their support again for our closing ceremony of 2023’s school-based activities. Most recently, they assisted our team at the ReThink Sustainability Conference.

I first got in touch with WISE for their film festival and have been volunteering for a couple of times now. To be honest, I was only looking for volunteer house in the beginning, but seeing women break down social barriers and thriving through sports really inspired me to do better myself. I was able to meet a lot of wonderful people through events organised by WISE and the team behind it all, namely Alicia, Nebra an Cherie, have been nothing short of incredible. IT is amazing to see the positive change that WISE brings to women of all ages in Hong Kong and I will continue supporting them as much as I can now and in the future

As someone who enjoys playing sports in my free time and is very supportive of WISE’s mission, I am very grateful to get the opportunity to help WISE as a volunteer at their events. I got the chance to work with a supportive team, develop my communication skills and also learn more about NGO work. Overall it has been a fruitful experience volunteering with WISE.
