Nebra Younis

I deeply resonate with WISE's mission as I could recall my own journey with sports from childhood. I have been playing volleyball for over 10 years now and it has empowered me to become more confident while building leadership and teamwork skills. Being part of team WISE for over a year now enables me to help young girls to see the benefits of sports just like how I did as a young girl! 

Nebra is a Hong Kong born Pakistani with Kashmiri roots and considers this city her home. She has an academic background in business management and graduated with first class honours a couple years ago. At WISE, she supports the development plans of the charity alongside the fundraising committee, board members and the founder. With an eye for detail and rich experience in project management, she manages multiple fundraising activities and relationships with WISE supporters and partners.

Nebra is also deeply involved with the ethnically diverse community in Hong Kong. She is passionate about youth development and empowering young people to make a difference. As the project manager at a volunteer youth-led organisation, Project Empowerment (PEME), she works on curating various initiatives and programs for the ethnically diverse students.
