Sport is the all-around life teacher - helping to develop relevant skills, to build character, to learn resilience and determination, to experience joy and to achieve a strong sense of achievement. It is the essence of the growth mindset delivered to all.
Nico is a dynamic sales leader, with a proven track record spanning equity markets in APAC and Europe, working with top-tier organisations including Société Générale, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. He is a seasoned and passionate professional, who held multiple sales management roles, survived, and thrived in the face of market challenges and an ever-changing environment. Nico brings a strong strategic mindset, a client-centric and sustainable business approach, a deep product understanding and an inclusive team-oriented management style.
Nico’s interests go much wider than the financial markets and he remains an avid learner, having attained multiple certifications, notably in the fitness and wine sectors. He’s fascinated with the idea of resilience and the various ways to deal with life’s challenges, using daily sport practice as the central building block to develop one own’s balance and purpose. Nico has tried to share these values through mentoring banking professionals and coaching rugby to young kids at Valley Fort RFC.
Originally from France, Nico has lived and worked abroad extensively, across the UK, Japan and, for the past 15 years, HK. The Boulay family has thrived over the years in Asia: Nico and Sandra got married while in Japan, and welcomed first-born Max, then moved to HK, where Alex and Emma joined them (not to mention Onyx, our temperamental pet rabbit). The whole family loves to stay active and engage in daily sport activities.
